At Gloss Atelier, we prioritize your satisfaction and the beauty of your signature manicure.

You have 14 days from the delivery date in Global / Modern Western to request a return for unused and unopened boutique nail sets and application kits.

To initiate a return, please send a clear request to our concierge team via email with your order number.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receipt of your returned set. Funds will return to your original payment method, ensuring a seamless luxury experience from the first click to the final finish.

Conditions for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following requirements:

  • The set was purchased within the last 14 days

  • Items remain in original boutique packaging

The following items are final sale:

  • Custom nail sets handcrafted to your specific nail shape and size measurements.

  • Sets that have been unsealed, applied, or used due to hygiene and health protection.

  • Signature collections where the original luxury security seal has been tampered with.

  • Items mixed with other products or damaged after delivery in Global / Modern Western.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any beauty products that do not meet our strict hygiene and quality standards.

We recommend using a trackable mail service for your peace of mind. Gloss Atelier cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Full refunds require physical receipt of the goods or valid proof of trackable delivery.

Gifts:

If your set was marked as a gift, you will receive a digital studio credit for the value. If it was not marked as a gift at purchase, the refund will be processed back to the original benefactor.

For gift returns, once the boutique packaging is inspected and approved, a credit code will be emailed directly to your preferred contact address.
