Every Gloss Atelier nail set is made to order using the design and sizing details provided with the customer’s purchase. Because each set is prepared specifically for that order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, or provide refunds or store credit for change-of-mind requests or sizing issues resulting from measurements or selections provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate nail measurements. Gloss Atelier is not responsible for fit or sizing issues caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrectly selected measurements. If you’re unsure how to measure, please contact us at glossatelier5@gmail.com before placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please email glossatelier5@gmail.com with your order number and details so we can review the issue.
